Poole Secondary Schools Photography Competition 2012 Rules

 

All students of Poole Secondary Schools are eligible to enter.

Photographs, including any manipulation if applicable, must be the students own work.

Photographs can be taken digitally, black and white (mono) or colour, as shot or manipulated.

Photographs must be submitted via email. The name of the author must not appear on any digital image submitted.

Digital entries should be in the following format:-

Colour space                      sRGb

Number of bits                   8

File type                              jpeg

Max. File size                    1024 x 768 pixels

Dpi                                      72 minimum

Each image file should be labelled with the photographer’s name, title and your school.

E.g.  Joe Bloggs_spider_school.jpeg

 

Photographs can be of any subject matter, but they must be taken in or around Poole.

The maximum number of entries per student is 3.

Poole Camera Club will appoint a sub-committee to judge entries.

They will award the prize to the entry that is, in their opinion, the best.

The judging will take place during April 2012 and all competitiors will be notified of the reults.

 

 

Closing date is 9th. April 2012.

Late entries are not permitted.
